There is no refund policy. If the plugin or theme is not working properly and we also fail to help you then, in that case, you will get the money back or replace it with another theme or plugin.
You need to send us a short video or screenshot of the error to fix your problem & we can fix your problem by operating your system from TeamViewer or Anydesk also.

If the plugin and theme are working properly or you don’t like the theme and plugin and you do not know how to set them up or if something goes wrong with your settings, then we will not be responsible for that and in that case, also will not get the money back or replace it with another theme or plugin.

The nature of digital media means that once you have downloaded a plugin or theme there’s really no way to ‘return’ it. Though we can assure you of the best possible 24×7 access to our website, sometimes downtime can happen which may hamper services.
